In the GTU shader, you will set the horizontal resolution to that of your monitor and the vertical one to the native vertical resolution of the game itself (in this example, Va-11 HaLL-a is 360p and Curse of the Moon is 240p). In addition to the CRT Royale shader, you will also need the GTU.fx shader to add the scanlines, both of which can be found on github: CRT Royale GTU I minimized the sections I left on default (basically no blur, no border, screen geometry is flat).
